How to Whitelist Our Emails

ChurchPlants wants to help make sure your emails are getting delivered to you! Add us to your Whitelist, also called the Approved or Safe Sender list. See below for instructions on how to whitelist emails for popular email companies and Internet Service Providers.

  • Yahoo! Mail
  • Outlook
  • Apple Mail
  • iPhone & iPad
  • Android
AOL Logo

  1. In your AOL Mail, open Contacts in the right toolbar.
  2. Click Add Contact.
  3. Enter [ChurchPlants] and additional information if you wish.
  4. Click Add Contact button in the popup to finish.
Gmail Logo

  1. In Gmail, open an email from ChurchPlants.
  2. Click on the little down-pointing-triangle-arrow next to the reply arrow.
  3. Click to ‘Add to your contacts list’ to finish.
Yahoo Mail Logo

  1. In your Yahoo! Mail inbox, right-click (or control-click on a Mac) on an email from ChurchPlants.
  2. Select ‘Add sender to contacts.’
  3. Click Save
Outlook.com Logo

    Outlook.com (Previously Hotmail)

  1. In your inbox, right-click (or control-click on a Mac) on an email from ChurchPlants.
  2. Select ‘Add sender to contacts.’
  3. Click Save

  4. Outlook 2003

  5. Open an email message from ChurchPlants.
  6. Right-click Click here to download images in the gray bar at the top of the message.
  7. Click Add Sender to Senders Safe List to finish.

  8. Outlook 2007

  9. Right-click on the email you received (in the list of emails).
  10. Click Junk E-mail.
  11. Click Add Sender to Safe Senders List to finish.

  12. Outlook 2010

  13. Click the Home tab.
  14. Click Junk.
  15. Click Junk E-mail Options.
  16. Click Safe Senders.
  17. Click Add.
  18. Enter [ChurchPlants] and additional information if you wish.
  19. Click OK to finish.
Apple Mail Logo

  1. In Apple Mail, click Address Book.
  2. Click File.
  3. Click New Card.
  4. Enter [ChurchPlants] and additional information if you wish.
  5. Click Edit to finish.
iOS Logo

  1. For iOS Devices — iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch.
  2. On any ChurchPlants message, tap the sender’s name. and add to either a new contact or an existing contact:
  3. Tap to Create New Contact.
  4. Enter any additional information you wish and save.
Android Logo

  1. For Android Devices — Samsung, Google Nexus, and others.
  2. In the default email client, tap the picture of the person to the left of the ChurchPlants name and email address.
  3. Tap OK to add to contacts.
