The habitual practice of judgment is an enemy of repentance. As soon as I cast myself in the role of judge, I have excused myself of the need to repent, because after all, it’s all about me.

While it’s natural to go through seasons when our ministry efforts don’t seem to be moving forward as quickly as we’d like, there are a few common (but avoidable) leadership mistakes that can cause ministry momentum to stagnate.
